Eight people killed in Pakistan road accident

Islamabad, Nov 27: At least eight people were killed in a road mishap involving a passenger van and a truck in Nooriabad area of Pakistan on Monday, media reports said.
According to the Nooriabad SHO, the van was en route to Hyderabad from Karachi when it crashed into the trailer, Geo News reported.
The injured people were rushed to Civil Hospital for treatment.
ASP Rai Mazhar Iqbal told Geo News that the heavily loaded truck lost control while overtaking and fell on the van, which was on its way to Punjab from Karachi.
