J&K speaker receives V K Singh reply
Jammu, Nov 20 : Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly speaker Mubarak Gul received a copy of the reply from former Indian Army chief V K Singh, along with a CD regarding the funds allocation row on Tuesday, an official spokesperson said.
The response was over alleged payoffs to ministers and MLAs in the state from the army\'s secret funds during Singh\'s tenure.
This, according to the spokesman, was in response to the breach of privilege notice received by him from some Ministers or Members of the House.
According to the spokesman, the reply would be examined by Gul for deciding further course of action in the matter.
