Pakistan: Van plunges into ravine, 11 killed
Islamabad, Mar 23 : At least 11 people were killed as the passenger van in which they were traveling fell into a ravine close to Salgran area in Pakistan's Rawalpindi district on Sunday, media reports said.
"At least 11 people were killed and 12 others wounded as a passenger van fell into a ravine near Salgran area in Murree tehsil of Punjab\'s Rawalpindi district," DawnNews reported.
The vehicle was carrying 25 passengers, reports said.
Rescue workers reached the spot where the mishap took place and shifted the victims to Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) hospital.
