Covid-19 2,366 in every million affected by Covid-19
Dhaka, October 29: On the basis of population, the number of corona patients in the country is 2,366.79 per 1 million. At the same time, the number of healthy patients is 1,877 and the number of dead patients is 34.41, per million.
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the current total population of the country is 17,03,06,468.
The department said in a press release on Wednesday (October 28) about the coronavirus.
In the last 24 hours, 23 more people have died due to coronavirus (Covid-19). Of these, 19 are men and 4 are women. Of these, 21 died at the hospital and two at home. The death toll from the virus rose to 5,861.
In the last 24 hours, 12,506 samples were collected and 13,357 samples were tested in 111 laboratories for the detection of coronavirus.
At the same time, another 1,493 new cases of coronavirus have been identified. As a result, the total number of identified patients in the country stood at 4,03,079 people.
So far, the total number of sample tests has stood at 22,96,321.
