Coronavirus 232 people test positive for Covid across Bangladesh on Wednesday
Dhaka, June 15: In the last 24 hours, between Tuesday and Wednesday, Bangladesh reported 232 new cases of the Covid infection, while Dhaka, the capital city,a slone accounted for 216 cases.
The caseload has increased to 19,54,637. The daily detection has has gone up to 3.88 percent. However, no death was reported, as the fatality toll remained static at 29,131.
Meanwhile, 88 people recovered between Tuesday and Wednesday. A total of 19,05,504 people have recovered from the disease, so far, in Bangladesh.
In the last 24 hours, 5,988 samples have been collected and 5,986 have been tested.
The overall detection rate stands at 13.77 percent.
