Parliament Session 24th session of Parliament to begin on Sept 3
Dhaka, August 17: The 24th session of the 11th National Parliament will begin on Sunday, September 3. The 24th session of the 11th National Parliament and the fourth session of 2023 will begin at 5 pm on that day.
A press release of the National Parliament Secretariat on Wednesday stated that the 24th and 2023 fourth sessions of the 11th National Parliament will begin on September 3 in the Parliament Chamber of the Parliament Building. President Md. Shahabuddin convened this session under the power given in Clause (1) of Article 72 of the Constitution.
Before this, the 23rd session of the 11th National Parliament began on May 31. It was the budget session. In this session, the budget for the fiscal year 2023-24 was presented and passed.
