BCS Written Results 40th BCS written exam results published
Dhaka, January 28: The results of the 40th BCS written test have been released. A total of 10,964 people have finally passed the written test. The decision to release the results was taken at a meeting of the Public Service Commission (PSC) on Wednesday.
On Wednesday, PSC chairman Mohammad Sohrab Hossain said the commission had decided to release the results of the 40th BCS written test.
The results of the candidates have been published on the website of PSC. Results can also be known through mobile phones.
He said the commission meeting has fixed the time for the 40th BCS oral examination. The test will start from February 16.
PSC published the notification of 40th BCS on 11 September 2018.
A total of 4,12,532 people applied for it.
The 40th BCS Preliminary Examination was held in May 2019. Out of 3,27,000 people who took part in it, 20,277 people cleared. The written examination of the 40th BCS started on January 4 last year.
