51 people test Covid-19 positive on Thursday

For the 22 day, the country did not report any Covid-19 death. The death toll remeained unchanged at 29,127.

According to the DGHS, 5,697 samples were collected and 5,736 samples were tested across 879 government and private laboratories. The daily detection rate was 0.89 percent, while the overall rate stands at 13.91 percent.

Meanwhile 291 people recovered from the disease in the last 24 hours, taking the recovery toll to 18,98,603.
