Own Correspondent, Dhaka, Nov 8: Education Minister Dipu Moni said that Bangladesh is a country of non-communal democracy. It is very sad and totally unacceptable that any examination paper in this country would contain anything like communal incitement.

The Education Minister said these in response to reporters' questions about the incitement of communalism in the HSC Bengali first paper question paper at the International Mother Language Institute in the capital on Monday (November 7).

She said, "Those who want to sow seeds of communal agitation in the minds of our students will not be involved in these tasks (question paper setting-moderating) in the future. At the same time, those who have given communal incitement in the question paper will be identified and action will be taken."

The Education Minister said that there should not be any kind of communalism in the question. Too bad one of the questioners may have asked the question and the moderator may have somehow missed the point or taken it for granted. We are marking which moderator asked this question. At the same time taking action accordingly.

Regarding the mistakes in the technical education board question paper, the education minister said, we still do not think that the education board has done the work of mixing the new and old syllabus. We feel that an error may remain when the question is printed. Or this error may occur at some stage of packaging after printing.

Earlier on November 6, a controversy arose over the question paper of the Dhaka Board HSC Bangla Prothom Paper exam. Allegations have been made that communal incitement has been given in the question paper. Part of the incitement of communalism mentioned in the question paper - two brothers Nepal and Gopal. They have had a dispute over land for a long time. Despite many trials, no one could resolve their dispute. No one is willing to make concessions. Now the case regarding the distribution of the land is going on in court. The younger brother Nepal sells a part of the land of Bhit to a Muslim named Abdul to discipline the elder brother.

Abdul built a house there and started living permanently. He sacrifices a cow in front of a house in Nepal on Eid al-Adha. Nepal's heart was broken in this incident. After a few days, the family left the land and went to India without telling anyone.
