Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has said that the Awami League government has been in power for many years.

"I have built many roads while I was in power. As a result, the allocation for road construction should be used properly. Therefore, monitoring should be increased. And heavy vehicles have started plying on the village roads. Being development activities, the difference between rural and urban will be reduced. As a result, heavy vehicles can run on the village roads, the roads have to be constructed in that way from now on,' she said.
