Dhaka, Mar 1: Foreign Minister and Joint General Secretary of Awami League Hasan Mahmud said, 'Until today, BNP-Jamaat has not uttered a single word against the Israeli massacre in Gaza. They have stood in favor of this genocide from silence.

He said this in his speech as the chief guest at the Bangabandhu Cultural Alliance's rally and human chain demanding an end to the killing of women and children in Palestine in front of the central Shaheed Minar in the capital on Thursday afternoon.

The foreign minister said that about 30,000 people have been killed in Gaza, most of them women and children. Hospitals are being attacked, raids are being conducted, electricity lines of hospitals are being destroyed, due to which many people have died. People waiting for relief were attacked. This is unthinkable in the 21st century. Yet the globalists are silent and the Arab world has not played the role it should have played, in the common man's opinion.

Referring to the country's politics, Hashan Mahmud said that BNP-Jamaat did not say anything against the Israeli massacres, instead, following the example of the Israeli forces, they caused violence in the country and attacked the police hospital. They have sided with Israel, become Israel's friends. Why does Jamaat not want to establish Islam, but they have not said a word so far? What do they look like? They have raised their hands for Israel without saying a word.

He said, they thought after the election whether the world recognizes Sheikh Hasina's government or not! After congratulating Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina from 78 countries and 32 organizations including the United Nations, now they have nothing more to say. Now they ask themselves - 'Brother what happened?' BNP leaders are now facing challenges, acting chairman is facing challenges. The workers ask their leaders and say - 'You are a leader unfit to lead'.
