Obaidul Quader BNP will not be allowed to play with fire again: Obaidul Quader
Own Correspondent, Dhaka, Nov 17: Awami League General Secretary and Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader said that BNP will not be allowed to play with fire anymore. People will resist them.
He said, "If BNP wants to play with fire again, it will be resisted by the people. We have to be in the field throughout the month of December. So all the leaders and workers should complete the preparations now."
Throughout the month of December, the game will be played against vote stealers, corrupt people, and sponsors of militancy. There will be a game against corruption. Awami League is not afraid of BNP's empty bully.
The general secretary of Awami League said these things in the speech of the chief guest at the 8th tri-annual conference of the district Awami League today at the circuit house ground in Barguna on Wednesday.
Addressing Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, Obaidul Quader said, "Mirza Fakhrul was sitting on a bag of money, now the money has run out so his voice has become soft. BNP is a party of cowards."
He said, "After 1975, no other leader has been so popular as Sheikh Hasina. One of the reasons for this is his honesty. But now there are more leaders than workers in the party. Don't fly between mosquito nets. Care should be taken to ensure that corrupt people, extortionists, drug addicts and BNP-Jamaat people do not enter the party."
