Obaidul Quader Build bridges with people to win elections: Quader
Own Correspondent, Dhaka, July 30: Awami League General Secretary and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader said that Awami League under the leadership of Sheikh Hasina should win the next national election by creating a bridge between the leader-workers of the party and the people.
Bridges Minister said this to the leaders and activists via virtual connection from his residence at the tri-annual conference of various units and wards of Airport Police Station under Dhaka Metropolitan North Awami League on Friday (July 29) afternoon.
Obaidul Quader said, "Awami League does politics not for themselves, but for the development of the people. The next national election is not far away, so preparations should be made from now."
Awami League General Secretary called upon the leaders and activists to prepare to face all the conspiracies of communal evil forces on the streets and said that people should be treated well, then no one will be able to stop the victory of Awami League.
He said, people want development and work, Sheikh Hasina is doing development and work - that's why people are happy about Sheikh Hasina, and the BNP is upset.
