Candidates happy becoming constable

The online application for the post of Trainee Recruit Constable in Bangladesh Police against 4,000 vacancies started on February 1 this year. The last day of application was 28 February. The total number of applicants was one lakh 97 thousand 721 people. Of these, one lakh 70 thousand 640 are males and 15 thousand 981 are females.

Four thousand candidates have been selected for the post of Constable after completion of Web Based Preliminary Screening, Physical Size, Paper Selection and Physical Endurance Test, Written Test, Psychological and Oral Test. The selected candidates will be included in the final training after health examination and police verification.

Saturday (April 23) evening at the police headquarters AIG (Media and PR) said. Kamruzzaman shared this information. He said that in the web-based preliminary screening, through an application software, one lakh 15 thousand 603 candidates were initially selected in the ratio of 1:35 against the vacancies on the basis of SSC examination results and height of the candidates. Of these, one lakh 938 are males and 14 thousand are females. 31,405 people passed the physical endurance test. Of these, 31,254 participated in the written test. Out of these, 4,000 candidates have been nominated for the post of Trainee Recruit Constable after passing the psychological and oral examinations.
