Dhaka, December 31: Japanese woman Nakano Eriko was turned away from the airport by the police while trying to go to Japan with her two children from Bangladesh. A case has been filed against the woman for trying to 'escape' from Bangladesh with her children in defiance of the Supreme Court order. Nakano Eriko's ex-husband and the father of the two children Imran Sharif filed this case.

He filed a case in Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Arafatul Rakib's court on Thursday (December 29). The court accepted the statement of the plaintiff and directed the PBI to investigate and submit a report.

Before this, Eriko Nakano went to Dhaka's Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport with her two children on the night of December 23 to go to Japan. She was turned away by the police from the airport after she tried to take the children in defiance of court orders.

In February 2021, Eriko Nakano's husband Imran came to the country with two daughters. Then Eriko came to Bangladesh on July 18 of the same year to get the girls back. He wrote a writ in the High Court on August 19 to get them back. Later, on the orders of the court, the two children were kept in the Police Victim Support Center in Tejgaon for a few days. After hearing all the parties, the High Court on August 31 ordered to keep the children in the custody of the mother in the Gulshan flat.

According to the complaint, Japanese citizen Eriko Nakano wanted to escape to his homeland by making new passports in the name of his children. Erico wanted to leave the country without informing the court, keeping the details of the new passport secret from her husband Imran Sharif. Eriko wanted to escape with that passport on Friday night at 12:30 on Singapore Airlines flight SQ-446. However, he was stopped by the immigration police at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport.

Imran Sharif gave these information in the light of time. He said Nasreen Nahar and her boyfriend Nazmul were present at the airport when his wife and two children escaped. And the master behind the scenes was a resident of Gulshan-2 named Zubair Ahmed. Who kept her two children in her house for 2 days without court permission. On November 24, her mother left the children behind and went to India. Then I informed the court. I expressed fear to the court that his wife may run away with two children at any time.

However, Zubair Ahmed said in the light of time, there is no truth in what Imran Sharif is saying. We came to know about his wife running away from the media. I know nothing about his escape. Imran Sharif is spreading confusion by telling lies. If you get any such evidence you can take legal action against me.

Meanwhile, Japanese woman Nakano Eriko said on Friday night that the court had given a three-month ban. He was taking his two children to Japan when they were three months old. However, her husband Imran Sharif said that the judges of the Appellate Division said that the family court should complete the trial within three months. The case is ongoing as it has not been resolved. Eriko wanted to take the two children to Japan by defrauding the court and cheating me.

Imran Sharif said that he sent the elder daughter to her mother under the supervision of airport immigration police on Friday. The younger daughter lives in her father's house. They were supposed to sit at the hotel on Baridhara-8 road yesterday around 1 pm. After waiting for almost half an hour, Erico did not bring his child.

He complained that he was threatened by a phone call from the Japanese Embassy on Thursday, saying that if the matter is not resolved within the next 24 hours, they will take strict action. He said, we will also file a case in the chamber court on December 27.

Imran Sharif, the father of two children, is an American citizen of Bangladeshi origin. He is an engineer by profession. He married Eriko in Japan in 2008. According to the existing laws of Japan, after marriage, he started living in Tokyo. They have three daughters. Their husband-wife relationship deteriorates. At one point, in February 2021, Imran came home from Japan with two daughters. Then Eriko came to Bangladesh on July 18 of the same year to get the girls back. He wrote a writ in the High Court on August 19 to get them back.

Later, on the orders of the court, the two children were kept at the Police Victim Support Center in Tejgaon for a few days. After hearing all parties, the High Court on August 31 ordered to keep the children in the custody of the mother in the Gulshan flat.
