Coronavirus Coronavirus: Two deaths, 679 new cases across Bangladesh on Thursday
Dhaka, September 29: Two people died in the country from 8 am on Wednesday to 8 am on Thursday due to coronavirus. At the same time, 679 people were diagnosed with the virus. With this, the number of patients in the country has increased to 20,24,489, while the death toll has increased to 29,362 people.
Meanwhile, samples of 5,032 people were collected and 5,017 samples were tested in the last 24 hours.
The daily detection rate against the test was 13.53 percent.
The total detection rate since the beginning of the pandemic stands at 13.61 percent.
According to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), 354 people recovered from the disease between Wednesday and Thursday in the country. So far 19,64,501 people have recovered from Covid in Bangladesh.
