Coronavirus Coronavirus: Zero death, 196 new cases reported on Wednesday
Dhaka, Ocotber 26: Another 196 new people have been infected with coronavirus in Bangladesh in 24 hours from 8 am on Tuesday to 8 am on Wednesday. With this, the number of people identified in the country has increased to 20,34,729. However, no one died in the country in the aforementioned hours.
A total of 29,416 have died since the beginning of the pandemic.
According to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) 3,905 samples were collected and 3,913 samples were tested in 882 laboratories of the country.
The daily detection rate against the test was 5.01 percent. Since the beginning of the pandemic, the total detection rate stands at 13.58 percent.
Meanwhile, 258 people have recovered as corona patients between Tuesday and Wednesday. With this, the total number of recoveries stands at 19,78,936.
