Law Minister Enthusiasm of people indicates that election will be successful: Law Minister
Dhaka, Dec 1: Law Minister Anisul Haque has submitted nomination papers as Awami League's nominated candidate for Brahmanbaria-4 (Kasba-Akhaura) constituency in the 12th National Parliament Elections.
He submitted nomination papers to the office of Brahmanbaria Kasba Upazila Executive Officer and Assistant Returning Officer Muhammad Shahriar Muktar on Thursday. Law Minister Anisul Haque spoke to reporters after submitting nomination papers.
He said that there is joy and enthusiasm among the people all over the country around the 12th National Assembly elections. This enthusiasm of the people is saying that the next election will be successful and impartial.
The law minister said that the election is done with the participation of the people. If the people vote, it doesn't matter who came to the polls or who didn't. At this time, he expressed his gratitude to Bangabandhu's daughter Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. He also urged the voters to vote for the boat brand in the upcoming national elections.
Kasba Upazila Awami League General Secretary Rashedul Kauchar Bhuiyan Jiban, Senior Vice President MJ Haqqani, Organizing Secretary Shafiqul Islam Sohag, Upazila Chhatra League Convenor Afzal Hossain Rimon and others were present along with the Law Minister.
