EC | EU European Union to hold meeting with CEC again
Dhaka, Nov 23: The European Union (EU) is going to meet the Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Kazi Habibul Awal again ahead of the 12th National Parliament elections.
EU has written to meet with CEC on Wednesday. European Union Ambassador to Dhaka Charles Whiteley has sent a letter to the CEC expressing his interest in the meeting.
In the letter, the EU ambassador said, "Preparations are being made for the upcoming twelfth national parliament. We have already shared information with you regarding the election. I appreciate you for the ongoing work of the Election Commission."
"Hopefully, you will facilitate a joint meeting with the EU mission heads next week. I am interested in meeting with you on November 27 at 3 pm. Looking forward to your feedback and discussion on this," the letter further read.
