Dhaka, March 15: The intensity of the heat has increased. The maximum temperature of the day exceeded 37 degrees. Along with this, the traffic congestion has also increased on the roads of the capital. People on public transport are tired. Thousands of people's working hours are being wasted by getting stuck in traffic for hours.

Angered by the traffic jam for hours, many got off the bus and started walking. The elderly, women, children and patients have more problems. Today, on Tuesday (March 15), the city dwellers got into such a severe traffic jam on the roads of Dhaka.

After almost two years, classes have started in all the schools and colleges of the country in full force from today, Tuesday (March 15). For this reason, the parents rushed to the different institutions of the capital with the students from the morning. Thousands of students and teachers started their journey from the morning along with the office goers and common people. The influx of people has added to the traffic congestion in the capital.

Banglamotor, Shahbag, Motijheel, Mohakhali of the capital have been visited, traffic congestion is more intense in all areas than other days. The traffic police has been busy in controlling the vehicles since morning.

At around 1 pm on the road from Panthapath to Dhanmondi-32 in the capital, private cars, CNG-powered autorickshaws, rickshaws all the way off. The long line of cars without a continuous signal for a long time no longer decreases. Even in these intense traffic jams, the competition to get ahead of the drivers is intensifying the traffic jams. In the heat of the day, people are seen waiting in such traffic jams.

A man named Rashed Apan was waiting for a bus at Karwan Bazar in the capital. The worker of a private organization said that he has to go to Ashulia for urgent work of the office. I've been waiting for 30 minutes, but I haven't seen the bus yet. I don't know if I will be able to reach Ashulia before the afternoon due to the terrible traffic jam on the road.

Zakir Hossain, a traffic police officer on duty at Karwan Bazar, said the number of vehicles has increased with the increase in traffic. Today there is more traffic than any other day. Traffic police members are working to reduce traffic congestion.
