Dhaka, May 15, 2022: No one died of corona virus in the country in 24 hours from 8 am on Saturday to 8 am on Sunday.

It said 33 corona patients have been identified in the country today. 22 people were identified yesterday.

A total of 33 new patients have been identified in a sample test of 3,618 people in 24 hours from 8 am on Saturday to 8 am on Sunday. The detection rate is 6 percent. On the previous day, 22 new patients were identified in the sample test of 3 thousand 975 people. Yesterday, the detection rate was 55 percent. A total of 19 lakh 53 thousand 12 people have been identified in the sample test of 1 crore 40 lakh 44 thousand 938 people in the country till now.

According to the Department of Health, 24 people have been identified in the sample tests of 2,156 people in Dhaka district (including the metropolis) in the last 24 hours. The detection rate is 1.11 percent. Yesterday this rate was 50 percent.

Of those infected with the corona virus, 279 have recovered from hospitals and homes in the past 24 hours. So far 16 lakh 99 thousand 419 people have recovered in the country. The recovery rate is 98.28 percent.
