When it rains, passengers are seen taking shelter under various canopies in Rayer Bagh, Shanir Akhra, Jatrabari, Gulisthan bus stand areas of the capital. A large number of people were seen taking shelter under the Mayor Hanif flyover in Gulistan to save themselves from the rain.

Although the Bangladesh Meteorological Department had previously predicted storms and rains in eight parts of the country. It is reported that storms and rains have occurred in other parts of the country on Tuesday.

Meteorologists said that the trend of rain and storm may increase over the country in the next few days. At the same time, the heat wave that is blowing in different parts of the country may continue.

Meteorologist Muhammad Abul Kalam Mallick, giving the weather forecast for the next 24 hours from Tuesday 6:00 pm to Wednesday 6:00 pm, said that in many places of Rajshahi, Rangpur, Dhaka, Mymensingh, Khulna, Barisal, Chittagong and Sylhet divisions, there will be temporary gusty or gusty winds or rain with thunder. can At the same time there may be scattered hailstorms at some places. Day and night temperatures may remain almost unchanged across the country.

A mild heat wave is flowing over Rajshahi, Naogaon, Moulvibazar, Jessore and Kushtia regions and it may continue, he said, adding that the trend of rain and thundershowers may increase in the next two days. On Tuesday, the highest temperature in the country was 38.3 degrees Celsius in Rajshahi. The maximum temperature in Dhaka was 35.2 degrees Celsius.

From Monday evening to Tuesday evening, stormy rains have occurred in all sections in the last 24 hours as well, said the Meteorological Department. The highest rainfall of 60 mm has been recorded in Sylhet.
