Dhaka, July 18: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has ordered the reduction of uncoordinated work of various ministries. At the same time, she asked to be careful not to overlap the work of the project. On Tuesday (July 18), a meeting was held at the NEC conference room in the capital's Sher Bangla Nagar. ECNEC Chairperson and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina presided over the meeting. After the meeting, Planning Minister MA Mannan presented various directives of the Prime Minister in a press conference.

The Prime Minister said, "The project work must be coordinated. The project must be implemented in accordance with certain laws. The project work should not overlap. If there is overlapping, there is waste. We do not want waste. The work of one project does not belong to one ministry, many ministries may be involved in it. Everyone We have to work together. There is waste of money if project works are overlapping. Multiple projects should not come under the same name. The lack of coordination in the work of different ministries should be removed. Each one will implement the project but should work in coordination. The price of construction materials is increasing. Project implementation. Their prices change from the start." This matter was presented at the ECNEC meeting.

The Prime Minister said, "We know it will happen. We will revise with the rate schedule. If the price increases, we will revise it. The increasing price of the dollar is also affecting the overall cost of the project. The Ministry of Finance and Planning has been instructed in this regard."

Highlighting the directives of the Prime Minister, the Planning Minister said, "Many tax-related cases are pending in the High Court. The Law Ministry has been asked to take necessary steps in this regard. The Prime Minister has talked about how to settle them through legal process."

Highlighting the directives of the Prime Minister in Eknek meeting, MA Mannan said that projects should be taken carefully along the coast by protecting the environment. The coast of Bangladesh is a clay coast. The coast cannot be disturbed. Projects on other islands especially Bhola island should be taken carefully.

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has ordered to take up the project of preserving seasonal vegetables and fruits.

He said, "We have excellent crops, we need to build conservatories for them. The Prime Minister has directed the Minister of Agriculture and Food in this regard. 'Amar Gram Amar Sahar' project has selected 15 villages as a pilot. After seeing the results of those villages, he asked to follow it in other villages. Prime Minister."
