Own Correspondent, Dhaka, Sept 1: The Jatiya Sangsad (National Parliament) wants to take an oath to thwart all attempts by expressing the opinion that the conspirators of August 15, 1975 are still carrying out their dastardly activities.

For this purpose, a general resolution was raised in Parliament on Wednesday (August 31). Awami League Member of Parliament R.A.M Ubaidul Moktadi raised a general proposal in this regard. Later discussion started on it. The proposal will be accepted after discussion.

Ubaidul Moktadir's proposal states that the opinion of this great parliament is that the hateful murderers and conspirators who brutally and ruthlessly killed the martyrs of August 15, including Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, the father of the nation, express deep hatred towards them. But the ghosts of the conspirators are not yet exhausted. Even today they are continuing their despicable activities to return to state power and turn the wheel of history.

"This despicable plot of theirs cannot be allowed to succeed. Standing at the foot of history, we humbly and respectfully remember all the martyrs including Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. I am taking an oath to thwart all the conspiracies under the leadership of Bangabandhu's leader Sheikh Hasina. Let this be a firm declaration in the twenty-ninth session of the Eleventh National Parliament in August 2022."
