Dhaka, May 14: Today is Friday, the holy Eid-ul-Fitr. On the day of Eid, the devout Muslims of the country may have to suffer from the rain. There is a possibility of rain with gusty winds and heavy rain in some parts of the country till noon today. Meteorologist Md. Aftab Uddin said this about the weather situation for the next 24 hours on Thursday (May 13) at 9 pm.

He said that it will start raining or thundering in different parts of the country from Thursday night. Today it will rain in almost all parts of the country. It may rain till noon in Dhaka.

The forecast for the next 24 hours said that Rangpur, Rajshahi, Dhaka, Mymensingh, Barisal, Chittagong and a few places in Sylhet division and a couple of places in Khulna division may experience light to moderate rain or thundershowers with temporary gusts or gusts. There may also be moderate to heavy rains in some parts of the country. There is also a possibility of scattered hail in different places.

According to the temperature data, day and night temperatures may remain unchanged across the country in the next 24 hours. The highest temperature recorded in the last 24 hours was 34.8 degrees Celsius in Teknaf. And in Dhaka it was 34.5 degrees Celsius.

The highest rainfall in the last 24 hours was 58 mm in Chittagong's Maijdicourt area. Besides, Rajshahi and Rangpur have received rains with gusty winds in different parts. In the next 48 hours of weather conditions, rain or thunderstorms are expected. The extended five-day weather has said temperatures could rise.

In the synoptic state, it is said that the increase in light pressure is located in West Bengal and adjoining areas. The extension extends to the North Bay.
