Train Accident Train accident kills two motorcyclists in Dhaka
Dhaka, November 3: Two motorcyclists were killed after being hit by a speeding train at a railway crossing in the capital's Moghbazar. One of them died on the spot. The incident took place on Monday (November 2) at around 7:15 pm.
Sumon Das, 48, was rushed to the emergency department of Dhaka Medical College and Hospital (DMCH) in critical condition. The on-duty doctor declared him dead at 8:10 pm.
Hatirjheel police sub-inspector (SI) Harun Aur Rashid said one person died on the spot.
His name was not known.
He is about 30 years old.
Das (48) is the son of Nirmal Das, a resident of Nazirerbagh, South Keraniganj.
