Dhaka, June 9, 2023 : Regarding the US visa policy, Awami League General Secretary and Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader said that it is the country's (United States) matter to whom they will grant visas and to whom they will not.

To whom we will give visa in our country, to whom we will not give visa - that is also our matter. He said, now they (BNP) complained and got visa policy instead of ban. There is nothing to fear about this visa policy.

He said these things at the Dhaka Metropolitan South Awami League rally at Bangabandhu Avenue on the occasion of the historic 6-point day on Thursday.

Obaidul Quader said that BNP has now fallen into a trap by complaining for the ban. They themselves are now in the state of 'Fande Padiya Baga Kandere'.

The general secretary of Awami League said that he is not thinking about dialogue with BNP leaders at this time and said whether he will think about dialogue or not is the next matter.

He said, "Fakhrul Sahib's tongue is watering. He thinks that Awami League will call them for dialogue. We are not thinking about this dialogue. Who is neutral? Your leader says childish and crazy. No one is impartial except children and lunatics. At work you find the neutral person of the caretaker government between children and madmen. Then you will understand what will happen. And there is no need to worry about it. This guardian will not come again, the guardian is dead. Don't try to revive this dead thing. Awami League did not ban caretaker government, it was banned by the highest court of the country."

Obaidul Quader also said that BNP nominations are given from London, Dhaka, Nayapaltan and Gulshan.

"Selling nominations from so many places. This is BNP. In the end, are doing so much sport for the nomination trade? Remember, that nomination trade has emptied the pockets of many. Three or four candidates have been nominated in each place, it is BNP," he said.
