Piracy 'Surongo' team at DB office on piracy complaint
Entertainment Reporter, Dhaka, 28 July 2023: The popular small screen actor Afran Nisho's movie 'Surongo' has been hitting theaters since Eid. The movie is doing very well in the country as well as abroad. The movie has already been pirated. The entire movie has been leaked online. Multiple sites are showing the hall print of the full movie for free.
The maker, hero, heroine and producer of the movie 'Surongo' went to the Dhaka Metropolitan Detective (DB) office on Thursday afternoon to inform about the matter. They met with DB chief Harun Aur Rashid. Arshad Adnan, the producer of Priyotama movie, was also seen with the 'Surongo' team. Many people were surprised by this.
Leaving the DB office, director Raihan Rafi said, "For two days we were trying to solve the issue ourselves. Now we have brought it down to zero. The biggest thing is that today our movie has been a victim of piracy. Tomorrow there will be another movie. So we don't this to happen with any movie. That's why we officially informed the police intelligence department today. As soon as the information was given, the head of the DB Haroon Or Rashid told his team. They have officially reached the ground."
In this regard, the head of DB Harun Or Rashid said, "The director, producer, hero and heroine of the movie met for legal assistance to prevent the piracy of the movie 'Surongo'."
