Chanchal Chowdhury gets lauded for nailing Mrinal Sen's look in upcoming biopic

The name of this biopic is 'Padatik'. Popular actor Chanchal Chowdhury is playing the role of Mrinal Sen in that biopic.

Chanchal's look as Sen in the movie was revealed earlier this year. Netizens were surprised to see that. Now some more pictures of Chanchal in Sen's look from the shooting set have been revealed. The actor is showered with praise by his fans and his fellow friends.

Actress Shahnaz Khushi posted four pictures on her verified Facebook on Thursday. Expressing her fascination with such a look of her friend Chanchal, she wrote, "What else are you going to shock with your impeccable acting, getup, I am afraid of that, my friend. You are a unique pride of our acting world, a different kind of love! I am excited to wait, when will I see your surprise this time! I wish you continued success."

Posting those pictures of Chanchal, actress Nutan wrote, "Perfectionist. l Iove you. Your fan." Then she wrote with a heart emoji, "Our Chanchal Chowdhury."

It should be noted that Mrinal Sen's birth centenary will be celebrated this year in a grand ceremony. As a part of this, 'Padatik' is being made. In that case, not one, but two other popular directors of West Bengal are making two movies on Mrinal. They are Kaushik Gangopadhyay and Anjan Dutt. Director Kaushik Gangopadhyay's movie is called 'Palan' and Anjan Dutt's movie is called 'Kharij'.
