The actress gave this information while appearing in the court of Judge Abera Sultana Khanam of Dhaka Women and Child Abuse Prevention Tribunal-7 on Monday (July 25).

Ilyas Hossain was also present. The judge then finished presenting the evidence and arguments in the case and fixed July 27 for the verdict.

Subah told the judge, we have settled the case for Tk 10 lakhs as a family. I got the money. Now I have no complaint against IIyas.

She also said that one cannot force marriage with someone who does not want to marry. May Elias be good in his life, and I be good in mine.

Meanwhile, Ilyas said, we have a family compromise. Subah demanded Tk 20 lakh. But anyway we settled.

Mohammad Liaqat Ali, Assistant Public Prosecutor of Dhaka Women and Child Torture Prevention Tribunal-7, said that the case of Ilyas and Subah has been settled in exchange of Tk 10 lakh. The court has fixed July 27 as the day to announce the judgment of the case. Subah filed a dowry case against Ilyas Hossain on January 3 this year.

She said in the court, we both got divorced. I don't want to pursue this case anymore. I want to withdraw the case. The judge then fixed Monday (July 25) for the appearance of the accused and the plaintiff.

Earlier on June 19, Judge Abera Sultana Khanam of Dhaka Women and Child Torture Prevention Tribunal-7 ordered the trial to be started against Ilyas. An arrest warrant has been issued against Elias in this case.

In March this year, the investigating officer of the case, Sub-Inspector Masuma Afrad of Police Women's Support and Investigation Department filed the charge sheet. Eleven people have been made witnesses in this case.
