Priyotama Idhika Paul travels to Dhaka with family to watch her movie Priyotama
Entertainment Report, Dhaka, 26 July 2023: Actress Idhika Paul returned from Kolkata after secretly watching her own Bangladeshi movie. She is the heroine of Eid blockbuster 'Priyotama' directed by Himel Ashraf starring Shakib Khan.
Idhika came to Dhaka with her mother and sister to watch the movie. This actress from Kolkata watched the movie sitting with Star Cineplex audience on Sunday night.
Director Himel Ashraf said that ever since the release of Priyotama, Idhika was eager to watch the movie with her family. As the release of the movie in Kolkata has not yet been decided, Idhika travelled to Dhaka from Kolkata to watch the movie with some of her family members. Idhika watched the show at 7:40 PM at Star Cineplex in Saturday.
After watching the movie, he went back to Kolkata again.
Idhika made a post on Facebook PJ to share her feelings back in Kolkata. She wrote, "I have a habit of hiding my feelings. This time I even watched my first feature film in disguise! Where the audience was full."
The movie has sold around 25 crore tickets in 3 weeks. The movie is running in 63 theaters of the country in the fourth week as well. Farooq Hossain and Himel Ashraf jointly wrote the cinematography screenplay and dialogues. Apart from Shakib, Idhika, it also stars Shahiduzzaman, Elina Shammi, Don and others.
