Dhaka, December 3: Tariq Anam Khan has been selected as the best actor for the National Film Awards 2019. This is his achievement for the unique Mamun directed film 'Abar Boshonto'.

Meanwhile, Sunerah Binte Kamal, known for 'No Dorai', impressed with her debut film. She won the Best Actress award for her performance in the film. The film has won several awards, including Best Picture and Best Director.

Today, Thursday (December 3), the Ministry of Information published the final list of the National Film Awards 2019 in the form of a gazette. Sohail Rana and Suchanda will be getting lifetime achievement award.

Fazlur Rahman Babu will win the National Film Award for Best Supporting Actor. He is getting the award for his performance in 'Fagun Hawai' directed by Taukir Ahmed. Best Actress in a Supporting Role Nargis Akhtar won the award for 'Maya the Lost Mother'.

For the second time in his career, actor Zahid Hasan has won the National Film Award for his role as a negative character.

However, the film director Masood Pathik surprised everyone with his film 'Maya - The Lost Mother', which won the National Film Award in the top eight categories.

The movie 'No Dry' produced by Star Cineplex is getting awards in six categories. Impress Telefilm's 'Fagun Hawaaye' and Desh Bangla Multimedia's 'Moner Moto Manush Pailam Na' are getting three awards each.

This time Emon Chowdhury as the best music director, Mrinal Kanti Das as the best singer, Mumtaz Begum and Fatima Tuz Zahra as the best singer are getting the divine award.

Afrin Akhter and Naimur Rahman have been jointly selected as the best children's artist, Tanvir Tareq and Plabon Qureshi as the best composer, Kamal Abdul Naser Chowdhury and Nirmalendu Guna as the best lyricist.

Soon, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will hand over the prizes to the winners.
