Shahtaj opens up about personal troubles

Recently, Shahtaj said that within a year, her life has been so upheaval that she is now in a state of trauma. Shahtaj entered the showbiz arena through modeling. Then worked in music videos. She started to become a regular in Bengali dramas. After gaining a place in the hearts of the audience with her acting and appearance, she became successful in the world of music as well.

While working, she became romantically involved with singer, actor Pritom Hasan. It was going well. But in the meantime, in 2022, her father Md. Abul Hashem Mia died. He was Shahtaj's everything. From work schedule to what the girl should eat and what not to eat, the father took care of everything. The actress suddenly fell into such a slump.

Shahtaj's mother fell ill when she managed to recover herself. As her mother was ill, she got married to Pritom on October 28, three months after her father's death. After a year of marriage, leaving Pritom by her daughter's side, Shahtaj's compassionate mother left her father's address on February 9.

Shahtaj-Pritom's mother Shahina Khandkar breathed her last on Wednesday morning. Within a year, Shahtaj lost the closest people in her life, her parents.

"Losing my parents within a year feels like a nightmare to me," Shahtaj told the media. At that time Shahtaj regretted a lot and said, I can't accept this at all. Everything stopped for me. I am in trauma. In just one year, my whole life turned upside down.
