Shakib Khan Shakib Khan returns home from USA
Entertainment Reporter, Dhaka, 10 August 2023: On the occasion of the release of the movie 'Priyotama', Shakib Khan, the top hero of Dhallywood, left Dhaka for the United States on July 4. He returned to the country today after more than a long month. The actor landed at Hazrat Shahjalal Airport at 9 am on Thursday.
Shakib Khan was welcomed at the airport by producers Ananya Mamun, Himel Ashraf, Saif Chandan, producer Arshad Adnan and others. It is heard that filmmaker Ananya Mamun will make a pan-Indian film with Shakib Khan for the first time. The shooting of the movie called 'Darad' will start soon. Apart from Bengali, the film will be released in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam languages. A Bollywood actress will be seen opposite Shakib Khan in this. However, no announcement has come from Shakib Khan in this regard yet.
Earlier, Wednesday was the first day of testimony in the case filed against producer Rahmat Ullah for extortion and death threats. Shakib Khan did not come to testify in the court today citing the reason of personal engagement. He mentioned this reason through the lawyer in the time application given to the court. The court granted the application for time and fixed October 5 as the next day of hearing. The actor returned to the country just one day after that.
In response to a question from Gangbadikdeo, Shakib Khan said, there is always love for the two children, AbRam and Shehzad. Last month, Shakib Khan spent time in the United States with his elder son Abram. He said, "Abram and Shehzad, I always have love for my two children." Tried to give good memories to Abram. Shehzad will also go in the future. I will have equal love for him.
Regarding the recently released movie 'Priyatma', Shakib Khan said, 'Not only Bangladesh, everywhere in the world where 'Priyatma' is running, it is doing well. It opened a new path for Bengali cinema.
Shakib Khan left Dhaka for the United States on the night of July 4. There he sat in the hall with the audience and enjoyed 'Priyatma'. At the same time, he himself was moved by the love and enthusiasm of the audience.
