In the last 24 hours (Saturday morning from 8am to Sunday morning) 14 more people died in Corona.

At the same time, another 10,906 people have been newly identified as infected patients.

The detection rate is 31.29. With this, the number of identified patients in the country increased to 16 lakh 75 thousand 138 people.

Of these, 26,223 died. On the previous day (January 22), more than 9,500 people were identified and 18 people were killed.

In the last 24 hours, 35,051 samples were collected and 34,754 samples were tested in 657 public and private laboratories, according to a regular press release issued by the health department on Sunday (January 23). 10 thousand 908 people were identified in it. In contrast to the sample test, the detection rate is 31.29 percent.

With this, the total number of sample examinations in the country stands at 1 crore 21 lakh 17 thousand 60. A total of 18 lakh 74 thousand 230 people were identified in it. The total detection rate against the sample test is 13.91 percent. Among the dead in 24 hours were 6 women and 6 men.

The departmental analysis of the dead shows that 5 people died in Dhaka division, 2 each in Chittagong, Sylhet and Mymensingh and one each in Khulna, Barisal and Rangpur divisions. No one was killed in Rajshahi division on that day.

The age analysis of the dead shows that there are one in the thirties, one in the forties, four in the fifties, five in the sixties, one in the seventies and two in the twenties. 72 people have recovered in one day. After being infected with corona, he has recovered after treatment. A total of 15 lakh 56 thousand 81 people have joined the service.
