Freedom fighters to receive state honours: Ministry
Dhaka, November 15: The Ministry of Liberation War Affairs has issued an order to pay state honours to the heroic freedom fighters. The order of 2005 in this regard has been repealed by this order.
A statement from the ministry said that the new order would have to include the name of any of the evidence published on the website of the Ministry of Liberation War Affairs in order to show state respect.
Evidence includes Indian list of freedom fighters, Indian list of freedom fighters (Padma), Indian list of freedom fighters (Meghna), Indian list of freedom fighters (sector) and Indian list of freedom fighters (army, navy and air force).
Red Muktibarta includes Lal Muktibarta (Final Red Book), Lal Muktibarta is memorable and desirable.
Gazette includes list of war wounded freedom fighters, list of titled freedom fighters, civilian gazette, world opinion gazette in exile, list of conceptually senior officers, Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) gazette, list of artists and artisans of Shabd Sainik-Swadhin Bangla Betar Kendra, list of freedom fighters. , List of players of independent Bengali football team, NAP-Communist Party student union, list of special guerrilla forces and freedom fighters
There is also a list of freedom fighters employed or serving in Bishramganj Hospital, a list of presidents and ministers of the Mujibnagar government and the list of Mujibnagar employees and other nominal lists issued by the ministry on the recommendation of the National Freedom Fighters Council.

According to the order, in case of death of any heroic freedom fighter, the concerned Deputy Commissioner or Upazila Nirbahi Officer should be informed.
The freedom fighter can inform the parliament, relatives or any citizen administration about the death of the heroic freedom fighter. Even if the news of death is published through news media or social media, the administration will be able to take action by verifying it.
At the metropolitan and district headquarters, the deputy commissioner and at the upazila level, the upazila executive officer will represent the government to show respect to the heroic freedom fighter.
If engaged in state or public affairs, the Additional Deputy Commissioner on behalf of the Deputy Commissioner and the Assistant Commissioner (Land) on behalf of the Upazila Executive Officer shall represent the Government.
