Afghanistan: Explosions rock Mazar-e-Sharif, 2 killed
Kabul: Back-to-back explosions rocked Afghanistan's Mazar-e-Sharif city which left at least two people killed, media reports said.
The explosions left eight others injured.
The blast happened around 8:30 am local time after explosive devices exploded close to the regional hospital in Mazar-e-Sharif, Adel Shah Adel, a spokesman for the provincial governor told Tolo News.
“Two children--one 14-year-old and one 10-year-old-- were killed in the blasts, and eight others, including a police officer, were wounded,” Adel said.
Investigation into the incident is currently going on.
No group has claimed responsibility for the incidents.
