London, Oct 7: Pakistani teenager Malala Yousafzai has said dialogues with the Taliban is needed for attaining peace.

Yousafzai was shot by the Taliban for promoting education for girls last year.

"The best way to solve problems and to fight against war is through dialogue,"  Yousafzai told BBC.

"That\'s not an issue for me, that\'s the job of the government... and that\'s also the job of America," she said.

Meanwhile,  the  Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) has said they would attack Yousafzai again if they got a chance, media reports said.

Yousafzai addressed the United Nations in July this year.
