Dhaka, March 1: On Tuesday, the Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) building in Motijheel was decorated throughout the day. At 4:00 p.m., Argentina's Foreign Minister entered the BFF building. With one of the best clubs in the country, Atletico River Plate, the president of the National and International Football Committee, Sebastian Perez Escobar. BFF President Kazi Md Salahuddin welcomed the guests.

After that, the BFF president introduced other officials of his executive committee in the meeting room of the building and the officials of the two countries exchanged views on football development.

Women's under-17 teams were divided into red and green sections to play a match on the turf of BFF Bhavan. This match was enjoyed by the foreign minister of Argentina and other officials, including the president of River Plate. Later they also distributed the prizes. At that time, the foreign minister of Argentina took a selfie with the girls and captured many pictures on his mobile phone.

Pointing out that he was happy to come to BFF building, the Argentine Foreign Minister said, "I am happy to come to Bangladesh and BAUFFE. I believe that this is the first step in the development of relations between the two countries."

Regarding the arrival of the Foreign Minister of Argentina, BFF President Kazi Md Salahuddin said, "It was absolutely a courtesy meeting. Today the Foreign Minister of Argentina came here. The official of the country's club River Plate has exchanged views with our top clubs for two days. All discussions are in the initial stage. They will work on it."

On Tuesday morning, Argentine club River Plate officials visited the country's traditional club Abahani and new power Bashundhara Kings. They looked around the two clubs.
