Shakib Al Hasan meets with Obaidul Quader

Dhaka, Nov 24: Cricketer Shakib Al Hasan met Awami League General Secretary and Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader.

Shakib came to the political office of the Awami League president in Dhanmondi after Thursday evening. The general secretary of the party, Obaidul Quader, was already there. Later he met Obaidul Quader. After half an hour, Shakib went out.

Shakib has bought nomination papers from Dhaka-10, Magura-1 and 2 constituencies to get nomination of Awami League in the upcoming 12th National Parliament elections. The ruling Awami League has not yet finalized party candidates for these seats.
