Shakib slips to number two in ICC T20 allrounder rankings, Mustafizur up two places in bowler list
Dhaka, September 15: It has been a mixed day for Bangladesh cricket following the release of the latest T20I rankings by the International Cricket Council (ICC). On one hand, Shakib Al Hasan has dropped to number two in the allrounder's rankings, while Mustafizur Rahman has moved two places in the bowling chart.
Afghanistan's Mohammad Nabi has displaced Shakib to take the top spot.
Mustafizur, popularly known as the Fizz, has moved to number eight. Shakib is placed number nine in the bowling rankings.
Shakib has lost 16 points in the allrounder's rankings. Currently he has 275 points, while Nabi has 285 points. Bangladesh's T20I skipper Mahmudullah Riyad is placed 10th.
Left-arm spinner Nasum Ahmed has gained significantly, leaping 25 spots to move to 15th place. Sheikh Mehedi Hasan has also entered the top-20, after gaining four places. He is at the 20th spot in the current rankings.
