78 private institutes get approval to conduct Covid-19 antigen test
Dhaka, July 19: Seventy-eight private institutes have been granted conditional approval to conduct Covid-19 antigen tests. The approval was given in a letter signed by Dr Md Farid Uddin Miah, Director (Hospitals and Clinics) of the Directorate General of Health Services on Sunday (July 18).
Free antigen test starts in Jessore
Dhaka, December 5: Finally, the Rapid Antigen Test started for free in Bangladesh. In the first phase, this test has started in 10 districts of the country. The program started on Saturday (December 5) morning with an antigen test at Jessore District Sadar Hospital.

Dhaka, October 17: Antigen tests are going to start very soon to detect coronavirus, according to the Department of Health who said their preparations are nearing completion. The tests will start as soon as the kits arrive from abroad. However, it will be limited to the government level, said Health Minister Zahid Maleque.
