44th BCS Written Exam Result declared, 11,732 candidates clear exam
Dhaka, April 4: The results of 44th BCS written exam have been declared, and 11,732 aspirants cleared it.
2,453 recruited in 41st BCS
Dhaka, March 22: The Ministry of Public Administration has issued an order appointing 2,453 people in various cadres in the 41st BCS. The appointment was made after the recommendation of the Public Service Commission (PSC).
43rd BCS results declared, cadre 2,163, non-cadre 642
Dhaka, Dec 27: The Public Service Commission (PSC) has released the 43rd BCS cadre and non-cadre results. A total of 2,805 candidates received the final recommendation for recruitment. Among them 2,163 are cadres and 642 non-cadres. The result was announced on Tuesday. It was signed by PSC Controller of Examinations (Cadre) Ananda Kumar Biswas.

Result of 40th BCS written exam deferred
Dhaka, December 25: The result of the 40th BCS written test, which was scheduled to be released by December, has been delayed. The Public Service Commission (PSC) has said that the release of results will be delayed as some of the written test books have gone to the third examiner. The PSC wanted to release the results of the 40th BCS written test held in the last week of December this year.
BCS Exam: Dr Sumona Sarker allowed to appear in viva voce after 19 years
Dhaka, November 20: The Appellate Division of the Supreme Court has directed Sumona Sarkar, who passed the preliminary and written examinations of Bangladesh Civil Service (Health) in 2001, almost two decades ago, to take the oral (viva voce) examination. The court has also asked the Public Service Commission (PSC) to implement the directive and appoint her if she passes the oral test.
