12 kg LPG cylinder's price rises to Tk 1,474

Dhaka, Feb 5: The price of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) cylinders has increased again. At the consumer level, the Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission (BERC) has increased the price of each 12 kg cylinder by Tk 41 to Tk 1,474.

12 kg LPG cylinder price reduced by Tk 76

Govt gets power to determine electricity and fuel prices in special cases

Dhaka, December 2: In special cases, not the Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission (BERC), but the government will determine, revise and coordinate the prices of fuel oil, electricity and gas at the consumer level. President Md. Abdul Hamid issued the 'Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission (Amendment) Ordinance, 2022' on Thursday (December 1) with such power.
