In the meantime, the government has set a target of vaccinating about 75 lakh people in a day with the aim of giving booster doses.

July 19 to be observed as Booster Dose Day

Dhaka, April 12: A total of 11 crore 51 lakh 46 thousand 677 people have received the second dose of vaccine against the coronavirus in Bangladesh. It is about 97 percent of the target population and 68 percent of the total population.
