Mastermind of DBBL money robbery arrested
Dhaka, March 15: Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) Intelligence Department has arrested three persons, including the mastermind Akash, involved in the robbery of Tk 11 crore from Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited (DBBL) in Dhaka's Uttara. At this time Tk 58 lakh 7 thousand was recovered. The arrested are - Md. Hriday (21), Md. Milan Mia (29) and mastermind Akash.
DBBL robbery: Tk 2 crore 53 lakh more recovered, 8 arrested
Dhaka, March 13: Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) Intelligence Department has arrested eight persons involved in the robbery of Dutch Bangla Bank Limited (DBBL)'s Tk 11 crore. At this time Tk two crore 53 lakh 98 thousand 500 was recovered from them. Out of the Tk 11 crore looted, a total of Tk 6 crore 43 lakh 48 thousand 500 has been recovered.
DBBL robbery: Counting shows less than Tk 4 cr recovered
Dhaka, March 11: Police have recovered three trunks with money in the robbery of Tk 11 cr from Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited in Uttara of the capital.
