ICU crisis deepening in the capital
Dhaka, July 24: Dhaka Medical College Hospital has 705 general beds for coronavirus patients. At present there are 724 Covid-19 patients admitted. In other words, an additional 19 patients are admitted gainst the total number of beds. None of the 20 ICU beds are empty.

নিজস্ব প্রতিনিধি, ঢাকা, আগস্ট ০১ : রাজধানীসহ সারাদেশে ডেঙ্গু পরিস্থিতি ক্রমেই ভয়াবহ রূপ নিচ্ছে। প্রতিদিনই আক্রান্ত রোগীর সংখ্যা আগের সব রেকর্ড ভাঙছে। গত ২৪ ঘণ্টায় শুধু হাসপাতালে ভর্তি রোগীর সংখ্যা ছিল ১ হাজার ৪৭৭ অর্থাৎ প্রতি ঘণ্টায় ৬২ জন ডেঙ্গু রোগী হাসপাতালে ভর্তি হয়েছেন।
