Will not transfer anyone in administration for unreasonable reasons: EC Alamgir
Dhaka, Nov 23: Election Commissioner (EC) Md. Alamgir said that no one in the administration will be transferred for unreasonable reasons. He said this in a press conference at his office in the election building on Wednesday (November 22).
EC will intervene if anyone is arrested in old cases after schedule announcement

Attack on Hero Alam: EC says nothing happened in polling station, but the incident is unfortunate
Dhaka, July 18: Regarding the attack on independent candidate Hero Alam, Election Commissioner (EC) Md Alamgir said, "He (Hero Alam) tried to enter the center with many supporters. About 70 YouTubers were with him. He was then blocked at the gate. He was said that you can enter with your agent or four-five people. The rest were sent back from the centre. Will discuss if BNP sends a letter regarding caretaker: EC Alamgir
Dhaka, March 30: The Election Commission (EC) has sent two letters to BNP proposing dialogue. However, the party did not participate in the EC dialogue.
