Own correspondent, Dhaka, 29 August 2023: Planning Minister MA Mannan said that Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is happy with the bureaucracy. The minister said that the assessment of the Prime Minister was received at the meeting of the Executive Committee of the National Economic Council (ECNEC).
Dhaka, July 18: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has ordered the reduction of uncoordinated work of various ministries. At the same time, she asked to be careful not to overlap the work of the project. On Tuesday (July 18), a meeting was held at the NEC conference room in the capital's Sher Bangla Nagar. ECNEC Chairperson and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina presided over the meeting. After the meeting, Planning Minister MA Mannan presented various directives of the Prime Minister in a press conference.

New flyovers, culverts or bridges will have to be constructed on the roads broken and cut by the floods. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has instructed that new roads cannot be built in these places.
