Dhaka, February 16: All the educational institutions of the country will be opened this month. Education Minister Dr Dipu Moni was responding to a question from reporters after the swearing-in ceremony of the newly elected chairmen at the Chandpur Deputy Commissioner's Office on Wednesday (February 16).

Dhaka, February 20: It has been decided to add effective provisions to stop bullying and ragging in educational institutions in the final draft of 'Education Act-201'. Under the law, all institutions from primary to higher education will be able to stop bullying and ragging. Higher education institutions themselves will issue policies or guidelines in this regard. The concerned ministry or directorate will issue policies or guidelines to take action from secondary school to college.
